We have an exciting opportunity to join the Shops team as a full-time Deputy Shop Manager working in our busy store at the Forum Shopping Centre in North Hykeham, Lincoln. Your role will help generate maximum sales, control costs, and deliver profit. The perfect applicant will have a passion for charity retail, social media, fashion and collectables knowledge, thrive in a fast-paced environment and hopefully have experience working in a similar role either commercially or for a charity.

Qualifications and Experience:

Applications are welcome from candidates with the following:

  • Work experience in a commercial and/or charity retail environment.
  • GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent or an NVQ or equivalent in retail/customer service would be desirable.

Contract:  Permanent

Hours:  Full time, 37.5 hrs per week to include weekend working

Salary:  From £23,592 per annum, (plus contributory pension scheme or continuation of NHS pension). Buying and selling of annual leave and lease car schemes are options available to qualifying new employees.
