St Barnabas Hospice is seeking to appoint a Receptionist to meet and greet all visitors to our Wellbeing Hub, based in Louth.

The post holder’s core duties will be to welcome all visitors to St Barnabas and to be the first point of contact, manage all general enquiries effectively face to face and by telephone, to set up rooms for meetings and to be responsible for stationery ordering and maintaining required stock levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educated to GCSE /O Level grade C or above in maths and English or an equivalent standard.
  • Experience of carrying out call handling as part of a customer focused or office environment
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Contract: 

Permanent

Hours: 

21 hours per week over 5 days – starting at 09.00 am finish times to be discussed. Further information given at interview.

Salary: 

£22,310 per annum, pro rata
