Corporate Partnerships
Partnering with St Barnabas Hospice is a powerful way to support people in Lincolnshire living with a life-limiting or terminal illness, while also benefiting your business and employees. As one of the county’s much-loved charities, we have been at the heart of the community for over 40 years, delivering compassionate care when it matters most.
Corporate partnerships are not just about fundraising. They are about working together, sharing ideas, and creating opportunities that make a real difference for patients, families, and carers in our community. There are many ways you can donate your time, expertise, and resources to our cause, while supporting what matters most to your business.
Why partner with us?
Working in partnership with St Barnabas, your business will:
Make a local impact – Help fund expert services across the county while showing your commitment to raising awareness of hospice care and building stronger community connections.
Boost staff wellbeing – Inspire and motivate employees through fun and rewarding fundraising activities, increasing job satisfaction, and creating a stronger sense of purpose.
Develop skills & teamwork – Encourage staff development, team building, and valuable networking opportunities with like-minded businesses and individuals.
Show your values – Demonstrate meaningful CSR impact and a genuine commitment to your customers, employees, stakeholders, and local community.
Enhance your profile – Gain positive PR and social media exposure and help build your brand profile locally, by partnering with a recognised Lincolnshire charity.
We will be by your side to celebrate wins, inspire your teams, and build something meaningful together. No matter how you get involved, you will be helping us deliver vital hospice care and support throughout Lincolnshire.
How to get involved
There are plenty of ways your organisation can play a part, and we’ll help you find the option that works best for you. We have a range of opportunities to suit all levels of corporate support, including:
Charity of the Year – Choosing St Barnabas as your Charity of the Year is a fantastic way to bring your team together around a shared purpose. We’ll work with you to plan a programme of fundraising and engagement that suits your business.
Commercial participation – Raise money for St Barnabas through the sale or promotion of goods and services, e.g., donating a percentage of sales from a product. We’ll support you to make sure everything is clear, compliant, and impactful.
Volunteering – We offer a variety of events and activities for teams to get involved in, saving St Barnabas vital time and resources. Volunteering gives your staff the chance to give back, learn new skills, and feel proud of the impact they’re making.
Payroll Giving – This is a simple, tax-efficient way for employees to support St Barnabas through regular donations taken directly from their salary. Small monthly gifts can add up to a big impact over time, helping us plan ahead and continue delivering vital hospice care.
Gifts in Kind – You can support us by donating professional services, equipment, materials, or raffle prizes. Gifts in kind make a huge difference by helping us reduce costs and focus our funds where they’re needed most.
Corporate Sponsorship – Sponsor one of the flagship events in our calendar and showcase your brand, from Torchlight Procession to Ladies Who Lunch. We can work with you to create a sponsorship package that aligns with your business goals and values.
Employee Fundraising – Host a collection pot, pub quiz, bake sale (Care For A Cuppa), or take on a team challenge in aid of St Barnabas.
