We have an exciting opportunity to join the Shops team as a Weekend Sales Assistant working in our flagship superstore on Cardinal Close in Lincoln on Saturdays and Sundays. Your role will help generate maximum sales, control costs, and deliver profit. The perfect applicant will have a passion for charity retail, social media, fashion and collectables knowledge, thrive in a fast-paced environment and hopefully have experience working in a similar role either commercially or for a charity.

Qualifications and Experience:

Applications are welcome from candidates with work experience in a commercial and/or charity retail environment. GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent or an NVQ or equivalent in retail/customer service would be desirable. If you think you have what it takes, please get in touch!

Hours:

13 hours per week, to be worked on Saturday and Sunday.

Salary:

Full time equivalent for 37.5 hours would = £22,614 per annum.   (Pro rata amount for 13 hours per week = £7,839).  Plus contributory pension scheme or continuation of NHS pension.
