2nd Line Site Support Engineer

Salary: £22,124 - £24,421 per annum, pro rata

As 2nd Line support, this role will support the senior IMT team in maintaining the Trust’s internal IMT Systems. In addition to focusing on desktop and network support, the role will also be required to perform the duties of an IMT Support technician including desktop support and supporting the delivery of all other IT related services including telephony.

This role will be based in Lincoln but involves supporting all of our sites and users across Lincolnshire so having access to a car is essential. You will be exposed to a variety of technology including software defined networking, MPLS networking, 0365 and Mobile Device management solutions, and experience of confidently using these systems is preferred.

You will also be the technical lead on a large mobile device project which will include setup and configuration of an MDM platform.

Qualifications and Experience

Must have at least one year of experience in an IT department with a very good working understanding of, Active directory, Exchange, Office 365, basic networking, good troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
