As part of our Specialist Palliative Care Inpatient Unit, you will work in a supportive, close-knit team that values compassion, dignity, and making every moment matter.
The role includes:
- The provision of specialist palliative care as part of a team, supporting patients with complex symptom management needs, delivering a high standard of holistic palliative and end of life care.

- Current NMC Registered Nurse
- Experience in acute or palliative care nursing
