Senior Physiotherapist
Nursing & Care Services
Department: Community Services East
Contract: Full time
Time to care, time to make a difference!
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a physiotherapist into our community-based Specialist Palliative care team in East of the County. This rewarding and enriching role will give you the opportunity to grow the physiotherapy service, working alongside the wider MDT. You will work autonomously to support patients to identify goals and live well with their palliative diagnosis and support their end-of-life care. Your work will be undertaken both within the patients home and our modern wellbeing hubs that provide a non-clinical backdrop to individualised care. This is an exciting role and we welcome applicants with an enthusiasm to do develop the service and bring new ideas. Due to the nature of the role a flexible, adaptable approach is essential. In return you will be well respected by your colleagues, have a good work life balance and will be supported with your professional development.
