About our wellbeing services

We offer services across Lincolnshire in Boston, Grantham, Lincoln, Louth and Spalding. We can help patients, family members, friends and carers with emotional, psychological, spiritual, financial and social needs.

We have heard from those who have accessed our services that it has helped them improve their mental health and sleep, alleviate financial worries, combat social isolation, boost physical wellness, and much more.

Some of the services are on a one-to-one basis such as our counselling, and others are in a group setting such as our Bereavement Café support groups and other services.
