We offer a large range of free wellbeing services to patients with a life limiting or terminal illness, their families, friends, and carers. This also includes welfare and benefits advice to help ease any financial burden.

Having someone close to you with a life limiting or terminal illness, or caring for someone who has, can be difficult. See what support we can offer you.


We offer various physical services including physiotherapies, occupational therapies, exercise classes and more.

Psychological & Spiritual

Our team can help patients, their families, friends and carers by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support.

Welfare & Benefits

We aim to alleviate worries about financial wellbeing through the expert support and guidance of our welfare and benefits advisers.
