Join our team at St Barnabas Hospice. As Receptionist, you’ll provide crucial support to ensure our operations run smoothly and effectively.
St Barnabas Hospice is seeking to appoint a receptionist to meet and greet all visitors to our Wellbeing Hub, Novak House based in Boston. The post holder’s core duties will be to welcome all visitors to St Barnabas and to be the first point of contact, manage all general enquiries effectively face to face and by telephone, to set up rooms for meetings and to be responsible for stationery ordering and maintaining required stock levels.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in Reception roles.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- The candidate is required to be educated to GCSE /O Level grade C or above in maths and English or an equivalent standard.
- Experience of carrying out call handling as part of a customer focussed or office environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
