We have an exciting opportunity for 2 successful candidates to join our Shops team as a Manager in our busy Mablethorpe (B5) and Skegness (B5) stores. You will focus on delivering maximum profit, controlling costs, volunteer recruitment and development, stock generation and nurturing a St Barnabas hub at the heart of your community.

Qualifications and Experience:

Applications are welcome from candidates with GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent, plus an NVQ or equivalent in a retail/commercial, customer-led or fashion-based area would be desirable.

You will have a successful background of at least 2 years in retail preferably in the charity and/or commercial sector, with proven people management and financial target achieving experience. A passion for charity retail, with social media, fashion and collectable knowledge and experience is essential. Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time: 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: £20,134 per annum,
(plus contributory pension scheme or continuation of NHS pension)

Buying and selling of annual leave and lease car schemes are options available to qualifying new employees.
