Look back to those times
memories you have got,
Minutes ago, hours or ages past
please forget me not.

Capture moments in your thoughts
in life there is a lot,
A sound, a smell, a picture,
that Forget Me Not.

A flower to remind you
to take you to that spot,
so vivid in my mind
thank you forget me not.

So for all those we have lost
close or on some unforgotten plot,
I see and know the bloom
will forget me not.
