Shortlisting

Candidates are scored against the role criteria. Equality data is anonymised.

Interview

You’ll be contacted by phone or email. Some roles may include presentations or practical assessments. As part of our neurodiversity pledge, we’re happy to share interview questions in advance.

References & offer

We request two references, including your most recent employer. Successful candidates receive a conditional offer, followed by a confirmed start date once checks are complete.

Probation & support

All new starters complete a six-month probation with monthly check-ins and full access to training support.
