Lincoln Half Marathon 2026
Take part in the Lincoln Half Marathon in support of St Barnabas
Join us for the Lincoln Half Marathon starting and finishing at the Lincolnshire Showground!
The event covers a scenic 13.1-mile route starting at the Lincolnshire Showground and making your way into the heart of the city. You will pass a few of Lincoln’s iconic landmarks such as the historic Lincoln Castle and magnificent Lincoln Cathedral.
By signing up for the Lincoln Half Marathon and fundraising for St Barnabas, you will make a real difference to our patients and families across Lincolnshire who are living with a life-limiting or terminal illness.
How to take part
The Lincoln Half Marathon is organised by Jane Tomlinson’s Run for All, and you can sign up from £34.
To take part, simply click the button below and complete the registration process on the Run for All website. After doing so, please fill in the form below to notify us that you are taking part in the run for us, so that we can send you your branded running tech top and more!
To get your fundraising off to a great start, after you have registered for the race you can set up your JustGiving page and start sharing your fundraising goals for this fantastic challenge!

How will we support you?
Once you are registered, we will support you every step of the way, via:
- A free St Barnabas branded running top will be send to you once you have set up a JustGiving page.
- An invitation to our exclusive ‘Challenges with St Barnabas’ Facebook group to chat with fellow runners and other fundraisers.
- A discount card for local sports and outdoor outlets.
- Lots of support to help you with fundraising.
- Training guides leading up to the challenge.
- St Barnabas staff giving you a very warm welcome back at the finish line.
How will your support help us?
Your fundraising will help to ensure that St Barnabas Hospice can care for more patients and families every day of the year. All our services are free of charge, which helps us support those who need it.
Each year we need to raise £7 million to keep proving these vital services to our patients and families. All the care and support we provide is made possible by the kind donations of people such as yourself.
For example, if you raised £115.48, it would cover the cost for a Nurse to provide care and support to one of our patients for one day.
