Donating your items: Book & Bring

Donations to The Warehouse must be booked in advance through our online Book and Bring service.

  • Once you have booked your slot, please place all your items in bags and boxes for easy donation. We will be unable to give these bags and boxes back.
  • You can arrive at The Warehouse at any point during your allocated slot.
  • Simply park up outside in one of the parking spaces available. Head into The Warehouse to confirm your slot at the till with a member of staff and drop off your donations.

Book and Bring is for the Warehouse shop only, if you live local to another shop, please donate there instead!

Superstore opening July 2026

Grantham Warehouse is our second St Barnabas Superstore. The shop offers a whopping 5,000 square feet of shopping space and with thousands of items on offer, there is something to be found for everyone.

The shop is fully accessible with a wheelchair ramp, easy to navigate aisles and smooth flooring.

Our friendly team of staff and volunteers look forward to welcoming you at Grantham Warehouse soon!

We’re looking for Retail Volunteers

Volunteering in our Grantham Warehouse is a fun and social way to make a difference. Day to day, you may sort stock, work the till, or help to create engaging retail displays. What you do can be tailored to your interests and skillset. Every item sold helps raise vital funds for hospice care. Enquire today to discuss any volunteering opportunities available.

By donating your items to our charity shops, you will help us in our mission to provide vital care and support to people across Lincolnshire who are living with a life-limiting or terminal illness. We accept good quality, pre-loved donated items to our charity shops across Lincolnshire.

How can I donate?

Shop sustainably

During the 2024-5 financial year, St Barnabas kept 330 tonnes of textiles, shoes, bags, books, and household items out of landfill. Nearly 1.1 million items were sold across our charity shops in Lincolnshire, including 6,000 £1 lucky dip household items and 22,000 items of clothing sold at half price or lower.

St Barnabas has a range of charity shops across Lincolnshire, varying from small high street shops to vast spaces. In each shop you can find thousands of pre-loved, quality items, including clothing, homeware, books, crafts, and toys. Our flagship store, The Warehouse, also offers furniture and other large items.
