Our charity shops are open to the public!
Thank you to our wonderful supporters for remaining patient whilst our charity shops have been closed. We are delighted to announce that these shops have opened their doors once more and we look forward to welcoming you back.
How will we keep everyone safe?
- Masks must be worn at all times inside our charity shops, except for those on the government exemption list.
- There will be hand sanitiser on entry to each shop.
- We are asking everyone to maintain social distancing.
- Please do not enter our premises if you or someone you live with is displaying coronavirus symptoms.
- Please pay by card where possible.
- Please respect our staff, volunteers and other supporters at all times.

At our Donation Drive-Thru
The Donation Drive-Thru is operating ONLY from our Central Warehouse at 12 Cardinal Close, Lincoln, LN2 4SY. You can only turn up here with a booking, so please use the dates below to reserve your space. One booking per household please.

In our charity shops
Our charity shops will accept donated items where possible, but there may be occasions when people are turned away if the storage space is full. Please call your chosen shop in advance of donating items and they will advise if they have space. We are asking supporters to bring a maximum of three bags or boxes to the shops.

Sign up to volunteer in a charity shop or our sorting warehouse when it is safe to do so.
Our retail volunteers are simply incredible and we wouldn’t be able to run our shops without them. If you think you might have a few hours to spare, please do register an interest to volunteer for us.
