They’re a wonderful opportunity to practice mindfulness, reduce stress, and meet new people. These sessions provide a friendly and welcoming space to share stories, swap patterns, and have a chat whilst working on your projects.

What is a Wellbeing Centre?
The St Barnabas Wellbeing Centres are a base in the community where patients, their families, friends, and carers can attend medical appointments, counselling and bereavement support, and wellbeing services.
These are modern, friendly spaces where local people can find support. The centres host support groups, creative wellbeing groups, informal drop-in coffee mornings, along with other types of social events where everyone is welcome to have a chat and meet new people.
