St Barnabas Grantham Hospice hosts second annual Ladies Lunch with Odling Bros Butchers
On Friday 9th October, from 11.30am, St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice will be hosting a ladies lunch at The Toft Country House Hotel and Golf Club, Toft near Bourne.
The guest speakers at the lunch will be the Odling Bros’ Butchers from Navenby, who will treat guests to a professional sausage making demonstration and share an insight into their 100 year history. There will be the opportunity to make sausages and the best amateur sausage maker will be rewarded with a personalised certificate.
Guests will also have the chance to shop local crafts, handbags and jewellery from a limited number of stalls that will be in attendance.
Janie McCormick, Community Events Fundraiser for St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice, said:
“St Barnabas held its first Ladies Lunch in the Bourne area in the autumn of 2014. The luncheon was thoroughly enjoyed by all those who attended with complimentary feedback from several guests.
“The lunch was a huge success and raised in excess of £740 for our hospice. We are hoping that we will be able to raise even more money from this year’s lunch.”
The event will be held at The Toft Country House Hotel and Golf Club, Toft nr Bourne. Refreshments will be available on arrival from 11.30am with lunch served at 12.30pm.
A bar and Raffle will be available. Tickets are £25 each and include a two-course lunch.
