Where to donate your quality pre-loved items

In our charity shops

We accept good-quality, pre-loved, donated items to our charity shops. By donating your items to our charity shops, you will help us in our mission to provide vital care and support to people across Lincolnshire who are living with a life-limiting or terminal illness.

All our shops will gratefully take high quality donations of pre-loved items, but sometimes your local shop may occasionally have to refuse or limit the amount of certain types of donations for short periods of time. We would always advise ringing ahead to ensure our team are able to take your pre-loved items.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Health and Safety and the requirement to protect our staff and volunteers, DO NOT leave items outside our shops if they are not open. Instead, please return when they are open. Your items will not be taken if they are left outside.

Donate your items using our Book and Bring service

We have reopened our Book and Bring service at ‘The Warehouse’ on Cardinal Close, Lincoln. Unlike the system previously, this service is no longer contactless, so you will need to come inside the shop to make a donation.

To book a slot with the Book and Bring system, please go to ‘The Warehouse’ page by clicking the button below:
