We invite you to dedicate a light this Christmas, and allow someone’s memory to shine brightly on our Tree of Life outside Lincoln Cathedral.

Every light on our Tree of Life represents someone who is loved and missed. Together, your dedications create a beautiful tribute to those who mean so much to us, while helping St Barnabas bring care and comfort to other families.

As a thank you, you will receive a Christmas card and two tags – to display on the Tree of Life and in your own home. Please complete your form by Friday 11th December to receive your tree tags in time for Christmas.
