This interactive course explores mental health across the lifespan using a biopsychosocial approach. Participants develop the confidence to recognise common mental health conditions, challenge stigma and provide practical support to individuals experiencing emotional distress.

Anyone wishing to improve their understanding of mental health and learn practical ways to support others.

Flipped classroom learning with Padlet resources followed by two days of face-to-face teaching.
