Course Overview

Designed around a realistic case study, this interactive course provides volunteers with a practical understanding of adult safeguarding at Level 2. Through activity-based learning and discussion, participants develop the confidence to recognise abuse, respond appropriately and understand their safeguarding responsibilities. The course may be completed entirely face-to-face or through a blended learning approach.

Volunteers and those working in non-clinical settings who require Level 2 safeguarding awareness, particularly within the charity and retail sectors.
