Why become a Friend?
At St Barnabas, we see the person, not just the patient.
For Sarah, that meant understanding that she was a mum first. In our hospice, her children could step back from being carers, organisers and worriers – and simply be her children again.
That’s what your regular gift can make possible. Helping us look after the big stuff, so families can focus on the little things that mean so much.
Look after your local
You can help families stay families
£6 a month
could help answer an hour of calls to our bereavement helpline, giving someone a listening ear when they need it.
£15 a month
could go towards an hour of expert end-of-life care in someone’s home.
£30 a month
could help towards the everyday costs of keeping our hospice running and our doors open for local families.
£50 a month
could help support a specialist hospice nurse for three hours.
Over the course of a year, your support adds up, helping us plan ahead and be there for families when it matters most.
