Meeting Rooms at St Barnabas

Our Wellbeing Centres are open weekdays from 9am – 4pm, except for Louth which is open Tuesday to Thursday from 9am – 4pm.

All bookings include WiFi, AV equipment (screen or projector), flipchart, and free parking. Standard layout is boardroom style, but we can provide theatre, classroom, or U-shape on request.

Yes. A half day is up to 4 hours, and a full day is typically 9am to 4pm. Unfortunately we are unable to offer evening bookings.

Yes, we offer a range of refreshments and light catering, from teas and coffees to sandwich platters. Orders should be placed in advance using our Refreshments Booking Form.

First-time bookers will need to set up an account. Please email our Estates Team at estates.team@stbarnabashospice.co.uk, who will guide you through the process.

Please note 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations otherwise room hire fee will be charged.

Please note that if any events run over 4pm an additional 20% of the room hire fee will be charged.
