Becky Otter, Events Manager for St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice, said:
“Our Great Gatsby Ball is the perfect opportunity to get dressed up in 1920’s glamour or classic black tie. Join us alongside your friends and family for a night that is sure to be filled with fun, laughter and good old fashioned revelry!”
Live band ‘The Motown Review’ are a ten piece band with a repertoire that includes the Supremes, Stevie wonder, The Four Tops, Smokey Robinson, Marvin Gaye and The Temptations.
Becky concludes: “The 1920’s theme will run throughout the evening with local dance group ‘White Faces Project’ entertaining guests with their swing-era dance performances including the Charleston, Black Bottom and Tap. Guests will enjoy a Charleston dance lesson and be encouraged to take part in the Charleston dance off!
“There will also be a raffle and charity auction on the night with some fantastic prizes to help us reach our fundraising goal of £15,000 for hospice care. Let’s party like Gatsby and help us to make the night a sell-out success!”
