Tracey spent her last days at Lincoln Hospice and I used to get very upset when I had to leave her each day until 1 day one of the nurses saw how distressed I was when I was getting ready to go home and asked if I would want to stay the night which I jumped at the chance, they said it would have to be 2 beds pushed together in a small room for now as there were only women in the Hospice. The nurses were wonderful and some stayed after their shift to arrange it !!
I ended up staying with Tracey for the last 11 days and nights of her life and cannot thank them enough for their compassion and love they gave ❤

Eleanor loved her garden and spent many hours making it looking beautiful,she loved to experiment with planting different bulbs and seeds.

I have set this up so that my mum receives the beautiful wildflower card in memory of her sister & my auntie. Gail was the most beautiful soul & is greatly missed by everyone but especially my mum her big sister xxxx

Mumday Wednesday's were the best!

Grandma and Grandad loved walking. They would walk for miles and miles until both of them preferred resting in their armchairs, more than hiking. I think they must have seen hundreds of wildflower fields on their daily walks. With both of them gone, these flowers will be a beautiful reminder of them.

An endearing lady of many hand crafted talents who also loved her garden and flowers. Many gifts to treasure in Ina's memory.

I am sowing these seeds in memory of my lovely Mum, Mary Evans, who sadly passed away on this day (July 28th) last year. She is deeply missed. ???? xx

I’ll sit and watch this blossom in my garden and remember my Pops as always but even more so as he always wanted a wildflower garden. This will be so special to me for forever. Thanks again St Barnabas for giving us something to look at something and remember our loved ones. I’ll be forever grateful of the love and support you give to patients and there families x

Patrick loved his garden. He had fond memories of 'back in the day' when seeing wild flowers everywhere was the norm.

Mick loved his garden, he only grew flowers and our garden was a picture during the summer months.

They were both beautiful people and loved their gardens.

Forever in our hearts & not a day that goes by that your not in my thoughts… RIP Mum love Demi & your three beautiful grandson's, Vinny, Reggie & Billy x
