About the HeART
In this design you will spot Monty the horse ridden by Lisa, who has been supported by St Barnabas since 2020. Lisa suffers from chronic heart failure and was given 48 hours to live. Miraculously she survived and with the help of St Barnabas, started to feel better and better. Her biggest wish was to ride her beloved horse Monty again which thanks to St Barnabas, she was able to do after months of physiotherapy.
This HeART conveys Lisa’s joy as well as celebrating Lincolnshire’s beautiful countryside with its varied fields, fauna and flora.

About the Artist - Sandra Russell
Sandra is a painter, illustrator, and storyboard artist.
She also enjoys painting colourful sculptures for art trails all over the country, bringing smiles to people’s faces when they see her fun designs. She mainly works for advertising agencies, drawing digitally how an advert will look like before it goes into production.
Sandra also enjoys painting people and pet oil portraits and landscapes, capturing a moment in time and the fleeting change of light.
