This special heart can be found on the Dean’s Green at Lincoln Cathedral in memory of Stefanos Tampouras, blacksmith at The Old Smithy in North Lincolnshire, who sadly passed away in December 2022.

Stefanos handmade the beautiful ironworks for St Barnabas Hospice’s Forget Me Not, Flight of the Dragonfly and Forever in our Hearts appeals, which raised a total of £318,724 for local hospice care.

This heart was created by Stefanos himself and we dedicate it to him in thanks for all his hard work in support of the charity.
