From Miss Katie Hind

Dad was cared for by St Barnabas inpatient unit for just over 3 weeks this year and they did a fabulous job to make dad comfortable and pain free as per his wishes. Also doing all they could to involve us during the pandemic. Dad lived in Lincoln all his life and memories with him will always be in our heart. Lighting a light for him will light up the memories we have of him, especially being the first Christmas period without him.

From Miss Emily Davies

Gran,

This is the first Christmas without you. Will always love you and miss you everyday. When anything happens, you’re the first person I want to call and for a brief second, I forget I can’t.
I sponsored this light as it helps to keep you shining. You’ll be shining outside the Cathedral. Remember when you came up for my graduation and we pushed you over the cobbles. I will always remember your laugh that day.
Love you forever

Claudine Morley

From Mrs. Kate Aspin

In memory of Mum, 25 years on, I remember you sitting in your fluffy 'click-clack' slippers watching us open our presents, from our pillowcases, then on to a breakfast of ham and eggs… passing those traditions on to the grandchildren, you never got to meet … and thanks to the care at St B, never forgotten always loved. Tim is missed so much, even though it has been nine years. His wit and banter on the golf course are much missed……..
