A very brave mum, who always made Christmas special

In loving memory of my wonderful Dad who passed away last week. Thank you to all at St Barnabas who cared for him, and us over these past few weeks. We are forever grateful.

We had the best Christmases ever growing up. We miss you.

William (Bill) was a kind and loving husband and loved all things about Christmas and is greatly missed.

Our first Christmas without our beloved Grandma, the matriarch of our family! Last Christmas she knitted hats for the entire family, a final present we will all cherish.

They all went too soon and leaving a hole in our lives but also a huge amount of happy memories. The pain we feel at their loss represents the huge love we have for them.

We remember them frequently: with a smile, a tale retold, a song they loved, a phrase they used and how they made our lives richer. They may not be here in body but they remain with us in our hearts x

We had the most amazing mum and dad who taught us how to live well and how to love. It has been hard learning to live without them them but we carry them in our hearts and they walk alongside us still.

This will be the first Christmas without Rob, having been together for 52 years. He was lucky enough to spend his last 4 days in your hospice which I will be forever thankful. Keep up the good work St Barnabas, your amazing.
