Elaine Walker

From Mrs Kathryn Kibby

Mum, Christmas won't be the same without you, but I promise there will be laughter amongst the tears. You gave us all so many magical, joyful Christmas memories (and delicious food!). That magic will never fade.

You spent your life helping others, and now I know first hand just how invaluable St. Barnabas nurses like you are.

To all of you at St. Barnabas, you are angels on earth.

Florence Hale & Leslie Hale

From Mrs Susan Colam

My parents passed away 23 years and 9 years ago respectively, and although they didn't require the services of St Barnabas, I feel this local charity is such a worthy cause. The Light up a Life fundraiser is a wonderful idea. You remember your loved ones who have passed each and every day, but this Light up a Life at Christmas is especially special! Forever remembered…

We were in the forces and we would come home to Lincoln to see our families. Nan would take us on the bus to town and we would always have a marshmallow cone from the cake shop on the way home. Christmas was always a time for family and still is with fond memories of those times growing up at Christmas and spending time with family we didn't see the rest of the year.

I miss you so much, even as the year’s pass by so quickly, that doesn’t change. I wish you could have had the opportunity to meet my girls, you would have loved being their Grandad and watching them grow up.
We like to think you are still here, watching over us all.

Love you, Charlotte xxxxx
