My dad was my best friend, always smiling no matter what. At Christmas even when bedbound because of his cancer he would still be there with his raindeer antlers and flashing red nose.

Roy spent many happy years on his boat moored at Brayford Pool.
We remember him fondly as a charming and kind man, much missed by his family and friends.

My Nana was so much more than just my Nana, she was the most incredible, caring, loving, selfless person I knew. It was and always will be an honour to be her granddaughter. Her love was like no other, her strength and faith unwavering through every single trial and tribulation. She was our Rai of sunshine and our light in the dark, so tonight we will be her light because she no longer can.

Our 2nd Christmas without you but you will be forever in our hearts and minds. You were always the star of every party and you lit up so many people’s lives. Miss you Mum and Love you lots. Merry Christmas xx
