Probably his least favourite time of year but I’m sure he’d rather be with us in his tacky Christmas waistcoat. We certainly wish he was still sat at the other end of the Christmas table for years to come.

Nativity plays, paper hats, Christmas crackers, and Christmas dinner with those alone at Burland Court! Getting tipsy, Mum's infamous sherry trifle, Dad washing the Christmas pots! My beloved mother-in-law Pam was the most generous woman. We miss her everyday. Every Christmas she spoiled us with gifts and more food than we could eat. This will be our 2nd Christmas without her but we'll cherish our memories of her.
