The most amazing person ever an extra special mum grandma and matma. Will be missed always. Dedicated her life to family and also to teaching.

Mum loved visiting Lincoln Cathedral at Christmas. I think she would have been happy to know her light giving others so much pleasure. She is so missed. X

You were all taken far too early and I miss you all every day. Always in my thoughts.

Mum joined dad last year. And we had mum on her own for 20 plus years. My sister and me spent loads of time with mum as did our kids. Her grandkids. We miss her so much but she is dancing with our dad again. She died in Lincoln hospital January 11 2019. we thought she was coming home but died in a comfy chair. She fell asleep and never woke up.I will never forget my sister calling me at 5.45 at work. I was shaking and went into the office and burst out crying saying my mums gone. I felt like the whole world had swallowed me up. How dare they take my mum from me. But she was ready to go to my dad. Big hugs. And lots of kisses from your daughters and grandchildren. You were the rock to our family. Will never forget you. Xxx

Emma is our daughter, born 14 June 1988, who stayed with us for just one day. We have taken part in the Light a Light procession every year since, this is her part of Christmas.

Tilly is our first grandchild, born March 2020, whom we have not been able to meet and cuddle yet due to the COVID Pandemic and travel restrictions across the World. Instead of being able to show her the Christmas Tree in person, to have her own light shining on it is the next best thing.

It’s hard to believe another year has passed ???????? We miss your amazing smile, love, jolliness, kindness and those tight hugs you loved to give us and your special girlies ????????Not a day goes by where you are not in my thoughts. ????????I smile through the tears and remember all those good times we spent together???????? little did we know we were making memories ????????Heaven has gained one beautiful Angel????????Forever missed????????until we meet again Dad????????Love you forever????????

Whilst Dad didn't use the hospice in his lifetime he had many relatives that did and he was a big supporter of St Barnabas being a local lad. After such a tough year he will be missed at Christmas and we think this is a lovely way to remember him.

Our beautiful Grandma, her eyes, smile, laughter and love could light up all of the Christmas trees in the world. Dearly missed, especially at Christmas. Happy memories live on in our hearts forever. ❤ x

I miss you so much. My heart hurts so bad. Christmas was your favourite time of the year. You loved everything about it. Family gatherings were always fun. You loved giving gifts. Your gifts were always the best because you thought about everyone individually.
