Stewart Bristow

From Mrs. Carina Bristow

The hospice at home team were amazing at supporting my father in law in his last weeks, and allowed the family to spend that time together at his home. His grandchildren would like his light to shine on the tree of life this Christmas, as he was such a big part of all family festivities and was the ‘real’ Santa to all who knew him.

Remembering my wonderful Grandma and lovely Grandad. My Grandma who would drink Baileys glass after glass and then say “is Baileys non-alcoholic?” And my Grandad who would always crack open a bottle of wine the minute we stepped through the door. Merry Christmas my Angels x

Dad was cared for by St Barnabas inpatient unit for just over 3 weeks this year and they did a fabulous job to make dad comfortable and pain free as per his wishes. Also doing all they could to involve us during the pandemic. Dad lived in Lincoln all his life and memories with him will always be in our heart. Lighting a light for him will light up the memories we have of him, especially being the first Christmas period without him.

Allan Manning

From Mrs Debbie Frost

My wonderful dad, not a day goes by I don’t think of you. Sadly robbed of life age 69. I have such fond memories of you, your dry sense of humour. Your advice and always willing to help me. Harry & Alfie miss you tons as does Colin. 381Dad
