When feathers fall from the sky, it is a reminder our loved ones are nearby. We love and miss you Mum x x
In memory of my beautiful Aunty Sue.
St. Barnabas were there for her right at the end and I couldn’t be more grateful for everything they do!
This feather is dedicated to my sister Carol who we lost suddenly last summer. She used to talk a lot about white feathers after our dad died, and she always took it as a sign he was still with us in spirit whenever she saw one. On the morning after she died, I was sat outside in shock and struggling to take in what had just happened, when a pure white feather landed squarely on my lap and I found it so comforting.
Carol was full of kindness, warmth, generosity and had an energy that meant she lived life to the full. She genuinely made the most out of every day, for which we are very grateful. I miss Carol terribly, as do all the family and her many friends.

But pleasures are like poppies spread,
You seize the flower, its bloom is shed;
Or like the snow falls in the river,
A moment white—then melts for ever;
Or like the borealis race,
That flit ere you can point their place;
Or like the rainbow’s lovely form
Evanishing amid the storm —
Nae man can tether time or tide.
I'll never stop missing and loving you xx
