Daddy was unique, a classical tenor, a jack of all trades, mastering most, he built our family home in Greece himself, taught us independence and to enjoy the little things, breaking free of generational shackles to love and support us with our Mummy. My wonderful Dad was a loving and caring Dad and Grandad. His birthday was a week before Christmas. We always made it special for him with it being so close to celebrating Christmas. He felt he missed out when he was younger! We always had a family get together – a birthday tea on the 18th December. When we were little and later when our children were small we knew it would be a week until Santa would have visited. I have wonderful memories of my Dad. He is deeply missed every day. Happy Christmas my darling Dad. Forever in our hearts.

Mum you loved Christmas so much, this second one without you hurts so much. We carry on for you as that’s what you would want. You will always be the angel at top of our tree.

My mum, an incredibly bright, intelligent, strong & kind woman who placed helping others above and beyond herself. She is my inspiration and I continue to grieve each and every day. There are no words that can express just how much I miss you mum.
