My lovely Dad passed away 27th August 2020 . He was the most amazing Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad. He was known as Poppy Jim to all the children. We miss him more than we could ever have imagined. My Dad had csmcer a few years ago, he fought and won but the treatment caused complications and more illness which led to his passing. This is our first christmas without my lovely Dad and I know it will be for many others too. Sending love to every one of you x
You were the kindest Mum ever and so sad that you never lived to enjoy all your grand children.
Josephine and Tony are greatly missed by all the family and never forgotten. With love from Jack and Mary and all the family.
A much loved and missed Husband, Dad and Grandad. Gone but not forgotten Remembering the good times we all had with you. Goodnight and god bless. XX
Missing you both this Christmas, will remember the good times as I put up the Christmas trees this year, with all the memories attached to each bauble. Lots of love Tanya
Thinking of you both as Christmas draws near, and of all the lovely Christmas memories we shared as a family. I planted a lilac tree in our garden this summer in your memory and can’t wait to see it flower again next year. Merry Christmas up there… gone but never forgotten. Lots of love from Hannah xxx
A wonderful husband, father and friend to many who was helped to end his days peacefully at home by the loving care of the Macmillan, St Barnabas and Marie Curie nurses.
We were in the forces and we would come home to Lincoln to see our families. Nan would take us on the bus to town and we would always have a marshmallow cone from the cake shop on the way home. Christmas was always a time for family and still is with fond memories of those times growing up at Christmas and spending time with family we didn't see the rest of the year.
Loved and missed always.
A wonderful, kind, loving man. Who will be forever loved.
We love and miss you both so much. You are often in our thoughts.xx

Eric was a special human being, he was the leader of our family. A role model that all could up to, who you could count on to check how you were and the only true representation of our family.
Happy Christmas Mum I’ll be thinking of you when I’m opening my stocking ????????
Christmas wasn't a time dad was fussed about but he always made an effort. Asking what meat I wanted from M+S then saying it must be bloody good at that price ha ha. A walk and drink in weatherspoons and coconut talc and liquorice was always wrapped up as a gift ❤️ Memories are forever in my heart.
My memories are with me every day of our time living in Cumbria from the walks on the fells to walking on
Seascales beach.
