We never did much to celebrate at Christmas, treating it as any other day really. However, this will be first Christmas without you and I’m expecting it to be difficult, as it is was at the time of our anniversary and birthdays.

In memory of Steve who passed away 06/08/2024 at Manorlands Hospice in Oxenhope

The first Christmas without our beloved husband to Sharon, father of Lisa and Sara, father-in-law to Alex and Ben and grandad to Alfred and Penelope.

This time of year is always tough and it never gets easier.
Tonight is dedicated to 3 extremley special people who have been taken by such a cruel illness and only my Uncle having the wonderful experience and care provided by the Hospice.

You are all so sorely missed and will be forever in my heart and thoughts x x

For my daughter Katy who was tragically taken from us on 18th December 1999 at the age of 15. She is singing now with the angels.
And and wonderful husband Terry Brighton who fought so hard to beat cancer but was taken from us on 31st October 2022.
My sincere thanks to the wonderful St Barnabas nurses who helped and supported us through this dreadful last year. Linda Brighton

My Nan was a fighter but lost her battle with Covid 19 this year. She now joins her daughter, son and my grandfather in peace.

I fondly remember my grandma taking me on her collections that she did on behalf of St Barnabas, I charity I know was close to her heart. She was loving, kind and giving and this is something I will always remember her for. She is dearly missed. Love you grandma xx

My dearest Peter, you have become a grandfather this year to a lovely boy. You would be so proud.

My darling Daphne, how I miss our little jaunts and chats, but somehow I feel there is a lot of you in me.

I miss you both with each and every passing day. Strange that you never met each other and yet you were so important to me in my life and continue to be so.

We shared so many happy, family Christmas's and this first one without you here is going to be so hard. I will miss your "Ho Ho Ho"s and you singing along with all the Christmas songs as we put up the tree and decorations together but I know you'll be here with me as you live on in my heart, thoughts and memories every day and I will still wake up on Christmas morning and say to you "Merry Christmas, I love you" as I have always done, I miss you so much and will love you always xxx Lee xxx

This is our first Christmas without Dad, Maurice Willoughby, whom we lost in January. We miss him so much and Christmas will not be the same without him. Thank you to the wonderful St Barnabas nurses who cared for Dad during those difficult final weeks. Our family is so indebted to you all for your love and support.
