Missed every day

From Mrs Jennifer White

This feather is dedicated to my sister Carol who we lost suddenly last summer. She used to talk a lot about white feathers after our dad died, and she always took it as a sign he was still with us in spirit whenever she saw one. On the morning after she died, I was sat outside in shock and struggling to take in what had just happened, when a pure white feather landed squarely on my lap and I found it so comforting.

Carol was full of kindness, warmth, generosity and had an energy that meant she lived life to the full. She genuinely made the most out of every day, for which we are very grateful. I miss Carol terribly, as do all the family and her many friends.
