Chris, you were an amazing brother who would brighten up a room. Really miss your sense of humour and you calling for a brew. We really miss our lion king buddy. Love you sis x

My husband off 50 years , father off my 5 children , poppa too our grandchildren , leader off our family , loved and missed every day , loved so much x

Grandma and Grandad loved walking. They would walk for miles and miles until both of them preferred resting in their armchairs, more than hiking. I think they must have seen hundreds of wildflower fields on their daily walks. With both of them gone, these flowers will be a beautiful reminder of them.

Forever in our hearts & not a day that goes by that your not in my thoughts… RIP Mum love Demi & your three beautiful grandson's, Vinny, Reggie & Billy x

I’ll sit and watch this blossom in my garden and remember my Pops as always but even more so as he always wanted a wildflower garden. This will be so special to me for forever. Thanks again St Barnabas for giving us something to look at something and remember our loved ones. I’ll be forever grateful of the love and support you give to patients and there families x

Holidaying in Weston Super Mare

Mick loved his garden, he only grew flowers and our garden was a picture during the summer months.

When the swifts arrive in June, they always bring back memories of my Mums last summer. They would screech and swoop around the garden, and she loved them.

Mike was the most incredible man in so many ways. He was kind and caring funny and always himself. He was always smiling no matter what hardships he was going through. He suffered so much with his health but you would never know. He is missed by so many but most of all me, his wife my life will never be the same.

Grandad did everything properly, he cuddled hard, laughed deep and loved us a lot. We miss him just as much.

I am remembering my Nanny Val, who remains to be a huge inspiration in mine, and my families, lives.
Nanny was so passionate and enthusiastic about life, an infectious quality that I will cherish forever, and hope to continue in her memory.

Tracey spent her last days at Lincoln Hospice and I used to get very upset when I had to leave her each day until 1 day one of the nurses saw how distressed I was when I was getting ready to go home and asked if I would want to stay the night which I jumped at the chance, they said it would have to be 2 beds pushed together in a small room for now as there were only women in the Hospice. The nurses were wonderful and some stayed after their shift to arrange it !!
I ended up staying with Tracey for the last 11 days and nights of her life and cannot thank them enough for their compassion and love they gave ❤

Mum and Dad loved gardening before they became ill. Remembering them with wild flowers is perfect. Thank you.

My sister was a happy go loving person who loved life to the full. She was a special lady and made people smile and laugh a lot. She is missed dearly by her family and friends everday xxx My mother in law and father in law were kind and loving people. They enjoyed spending time with family especially their chikdren, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Both are sadly missed but we have lots of lovely memories to share xxx

Mum loved her garden and definitely had "green fingers" which I sadly have not inherited. Dad was also a keen gardener and spent many hours in his allotment or "down the plot" as he used to say. The wildflower card is a beautiful memory for them both who are much missed.

In Memory of my mum who sadly passed in 2011. She will be forever in our hearts & thoughts always.
