Let us take the stress and strain away.

Our team will assess each property on an individual basis and provide a quote based on the saleable items and will provide you with a report on the items that they would like to take.

They will then arrange a convenient time for the safe removal of these items.

Our House Clearance Service is undertaken by our trained, professional staff and volunteers who offer a quality service at competitive prices.

Our dedicated team will clear property of any size with every property receiving the same level of care and respect.

Full and partial house clearance is available across Lincolnshire

The fee will depend on the size of the property to be cleared, the amount of items for removal, if packing is required by our team and the proportion of saleable items. We will arrange a convenient time to view the property and give you a personal quote for the clearance service.

  • We will pack and remove all saleable items from the property.
  • We will recycle as many unsaleable items as we can, before disposing of anything that is left.
  • We will include the clearance of lofts, garages, sheds, and outhouses if required.
  • We will accept white goods, washing machines, fridge freezers, dishwashers etc., providing they are disconnected first.

For an additional fee we will thoroughly vacuum, wipe all surfaces – including skirting boards – and leave the property clean and fresh for potential new owners or tenants to view.
