Lincolnshire’s much-loved Hospice is looking for a Fundraising Team Leader.

To help achieve this, we are seeking to recruit a Fundraising Team Lead to join our dynamic fundraising team and be part of shaping the future of fundraising across the county.
Reporting to the Fundraising Development Manager and leading some of the most talented fundraising people in our county. The Fundraising Team Leader is a vital role in the fundraising team, with the primary aim of significantly increasing our income through all avenues of fundraising related to Events, Community and challenge.
You will develop and inspire volunteers and supporters to ensure our events and community activity is as effective as possible in delivering the maximum impact and income.

Qualifications and Experience
What we are looking for:
- Recent and relevant experience
- Experience of working to targets and deadlines
- Superb customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent supporter care
- A talent for building and nurturing great working relationships
- A flexible approach and positive outlook
- An engaging and inspiring individual
- Well organised with sound office skills
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours
Salary :£28,498 (plus contributory pension scheme or continuation of NHS pension)
Buying and selling of annual leave and lease car schemes are options available to qualifying new employees.
