Lincolnshire’s much-loved Hospice is looking for two Fundraising Officers covering geographical patches of the county.

To help achieve this, we are seeking to recruit two Fundraising Officers to join our dynamic fundraising team and be part of shaping the future of fundraising across the county.

Reporting to the Fundraising Team Leader and working closely with some of the most talented fundraising people in our county.  The Fundraising Officers are vital roles within the fundraising team, to create and develop new ideas for involving the community, individuals, and corporates. Your role will be to build, develop and maintain fantastic relationships throughout the region.

You will develop and inspire volunteers and supporters to ensure our events and campaign activity is as effective as possible in delivering the maximum impact and income.

Qualifications and Experience

What we are looking for:

  • Recent and relevant experience
  • Experience of working to targets and deadlines
  • Superb customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent supporter care
  • A talent for building and nurturing great working relationships
  • A flexible approach and positive outlook
  • An engaging and inspiring individual
  • Well organised with sound office skills

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours

Salary: £24,079 (plus contributory pension scheme or continuation of NHS pension)

Buying and selling of annual leave and lease car schemes are options available to qualifying new employees.
