Celebrate our birthday

It is our birthday on Thursday 11th June 2020 and we invite YOU to ‘Go Yellow’ and spread some sunshine to honour 38 years of compassionate, outstanding end-of-life care in Lincolnshire.

The Hospice has made a virtual list of things for all ages to do. These include dressing up, crafting a window display or taking part in a yellow-themed ‘Wine and Wisdom’ Quiz with Lincs FM presenter and St Barnabas Hospice supporter, John Marshall, live on Facebook.

Lincolnshire landmarks, businesses and organisations will be lighting their buildings yellow in support of the hospice movement and to help bring a little sunshine into these uncertain times.

Lincoln Cathedral will host a blessing on the Thursday evening to honour Saint Barnabas, the Hospice’s namesake, and all the staff, patients and families who have received care from the Hospice.
