Mindfulness: November 2019
The Mindfulness course is designed for anyone who wishes to know more about mindfulness and mindful living. The course is most suited to beginners and those interested in having a brief introduction to mindfulness including an opportunity to experience guided meditation.
You will explore the benefits of mindfulness, how to ‘step out of auto-pilot’ and live with greater awareness.
• Understand what mindfulness is and is not.
• Be aware of the benefits of living mindfully.
• ’Step out of auto-pilot’ and live more mindfully.
• Learn more about how to begin a mindfulness practice.
• Take part in short guided mindfulness meditations.
