Join St Barnabas on this breathtaking, once in a lifetime challenge!

Immerse yourself in this challenge and trek the iconic Great Wall of China in 2019. You will explore some of the most scenic and rugged stretches of the Wall, whilst supporting St Barnabas Hospice.

Stepping out across the famous Great Wall is like walking in the footsteps of the past. Far from the tourist crowds, you will be able to gain a great sense of the scale of this remarkable and iconic man-made structure whilst you trek along various contrasting sections of the wall, both restored and timeworn areas.

One of the best in the World, this challenge takes you over watchtowers and mountains, through historic battlement stations and farmlands that are off the tourist trail –there are many sections during this challenge where you will feel the Great Wall is for you only, with no-one else in sight.

We also visit iconic sites like the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, for a taste of Urban China! This once in a lifetime challenge provides one of the ultimate backdrops to some incredible and unique trekking.
